Pri tem pa lahko njena stebla uporabljamo za celo mno\u017eico okusnih jedi.<\/p>\n<h2>Kdaj in kako sadimo rabarbaro<\/h2>\n<p>Rastline sadimo zgodaj spomladi, ko je rastlina \u0161e v mirovanju. Odrasle rastline lahko v tem obdobju razdelimo in tako naredimo nove mladice. Koreninsko grudo posadimo tako, da so brsti pribli\u017eno 5 cm pod povr\u0161ino tal. Med posameznimi rastlinami pa naj bo vsaj slab meter prostora.<br \/>\nZa dobro uspevanje rabarbare je potrebno dobro odvodnjavanje, zaradi \u010desar jih pogosto gojijo tudi na dvignjenih gredah. Prepustnost tal za vodo se lahko pove\u010da tudi z dodajanjem komposta ali zrelega gnoja.<br \/>\nVsako pomlad pognojite rastlino z gnojilom bogatim z du\u0161ikov nekje v za\u010detku poletja, s \u010dimer boste vzpodbudili rast listov. Ob dalj\u0161i su\u0161i je rastline potrebno <a href=\"https:\/\/www.okusnivrt.com\/novice\/zalivanje-rastlin\/\">zalivati<\/a>.<br \/>\n\u010ce se spomladi ali poleti pojavijo cvetna stebla, jih odstranite, da rastlina ne zapravlja energije.<\/p>\n<h2>Dobri sosedi rabarbare<\/h2>\n<p>Rabarbaro lahko kombiniramo z zeli\u0161\u010di in ostalimi vrstami zelenjave, saj ne vpliva na sosednje rastline. Edini negativni vpliv, ki ga lahko ima rabarbara je, \u010de zasen\u010di ni\u017eje okoli\u0161ke rastline. Zato ji je potrebno nameniti dovolj prostora (cca. 1m2).<\/p>\n<h2>Pobiranje stebel<\/h2>\n<p>Prvo leto po sajenje stebel ne nabiramo, saj rastline potrebujejo energijo, za rast koreninskega sistema. Naslednje leto lahko pobiramo stebla 1-2 tedna, naslednja leta pa \u010dez celo sezono (8-10 tednov). Jeseni nabiramo stebla samo pri rastlinah, ki jih bomo zavrgli. Pri nabiranju odstranimo samo tretjino listov, da rastline niso preve\u010d v stresu.<br \/>\nListne ploskve vsebujejo veliko oksalne kisline in niso u\u017eitne. Za vsak primer tudi ni priporo\u010dljivo nabirati stebel po mo\u010dni zrmrzali, saj lahko oksalna kislina iz listov zaide tudi v stebla.<br \/>\nNabrana stebla rabarbare lahko uporabite sproti ali jih zamrznete za kasnej\u0161o uporabo. Pred zamrzovanjem jih olupite in nare\u017eite na 2-3 cm dolge kose<\/p>\n<h2>Kako shranjujemo rabarbaro<\/h2>\n<p>Pobrane liste operemo, nato pa za nekaj dni shranimo v hladilniku zavite v vla\u017eni papir ali kuhinjsko folijo. Za dalj\u0161e shranjevanje rabarbaro zmrznemo. Najbolje, \u010de jo pred zamrzovanjem \u017ee olupimo in nare\u017eemo na manj\u0161e ko\u0161\u010dke.<\/p>\n<h2>Bolezni in \u0161kodljivci<\/h2>\n<p>Mlade rastline privla\u010dijo <a href=\"http:\/\/www.okrasnivrt.com\/obdelujemo\/zascitite-se-pred-polzi\/\">pol\u017ee<\/a>, zaradi \u010desar je potrebno rastline ustrezno za\u0161\u010dititi. Pri rabarbari lahko pride tudi do gnitja osrednjega dela. Bolezen povzro\u010dajo razli\u010dne bakterije in glive. Za omejitev je potrebno gnijo\u010de dele mo\u010dno obrezati (do zdravega tkiva), s \u010dimer boste prepre\u010dili propad rastline.<\/p>\n<h2>Rabarbara je bogata z vitamini, minerali in vlakninami<\/h2>\n<p>250 g rabarbare vsebuje pribli\u017eno:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>26 kalorij<\/li>\n<li>1 g proteinov<\/li>\n<li>6 g ogljikovih hidratov<\/li>\n<li>2 g vlaknin<\/li>\n<li>10 mg vitamina C<\/li>\n<li>125 IU vitamina A<\/li>\n<li>9 mikrogramov folne kisline<\/li>\n<li>100 mg kalcija<\/li>\n<li>350 mg kalija<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Poleg na\u0161tetega vsebuje tudi niacin (vitamin B3), ki je koristen za obnavljanje DNK, dober pretok krvi in splo\u0161no dobro po\u010dutje. Rabarbara poleg niacina vsebuje tudi pantotensko kislino (vitamin B5). Slednji skrbi za zdravje ko\u017ee in las.<br \/>\nRabarbara je tudi odli\u010den vir dieteti\u010dnih vlaknin, ki skupaj s kalijem spodbujajo metabolizem in prebavo. Rabarbara je tako zelo primerna za osebe, ki trpijo zaradi slabe prebave.<\/p>\n<h2>Rabarbara na listnatem testu<\/h2>\n<p>Potrebujete naslednje sestavine in 30 min \u010dasa:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>steblo rabarbare<\/li>\n<li>list listnatega testa ali testo za razvaljanje<\/li>\n<li>1 dcl jogurta<\/li>\n<li>1 dcl pomaran\u010dnega soka<\/li>\n<li>1 dcl vanilijevega pudinga<\/li>\n<li>2 \u017elici sladkorja<\/li>\n<li>1 cm dolg kos ingverja<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Listnato testo postavite v pe\u010dico na 180\u00b0C in pecite, dokler ni zlato-rjave barve. Potem ga vzemite iz pe\u010dice in previdno splo\u0161\u010dite (v pe\u010dici bo narastlo).<br \/>\nMedtem ko \u010dakate na testo, rabarbaro olupite in nare\u017eite na cca. 2 cm dolge kose. Kose rabarbare prenesemo v lonec in dodamo \u0161e pomaran\u010dni sok, nastrgani ingver in sladkor, nato pa pokrito kuhajte, dokler se rabarbara ne razkuha.<br \/>\nNa pe\u010deno listnato testo najprej nama\u017eite s kuhano rabarbaro, nato pa dodajte \u0161e jogurt in vanilijev puding, ki ju nekoliko preme\u0161ajte z \u017elico, da boste dobili neenakomerno strukturo okusov.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rabarbara je ena izmed najenostavnej\u0161ih rastlin za gojenje na okusnem vrtu, saj z njo skoraj nimamo nobenega dela.
